By accessing and using Restro Grow's restaurant management system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Restro Grow provides a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and restaurant management system that includes order management, staff management, inventory tracking, payment processing, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is provided on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Restro Grow, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Restro Grow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our service. We will not use, disclose, or sell your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily interrupt service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restro Grow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
