Getting started is easy! Sign up for a free 7-day trial, no credit card required. Our setup takes just 5 minutes - you'll add your restaurant details, menu items, and staff members. We'll guide you through every step.

Do I need any special hardware or equipment? expand_more

No special hardware needed! Restro Grow works on any device - tablets, phones, computers. Use what you already have. You can use Android tablets, iPads, Windows PCs, or even smartphones. As long as it has a browser, it works.

How long does setup take? expand_more

Most restaurants are up and running in 5-10 minutes. You'll add your menu items, set up tables, and create staff accounts. If you have a lot of menu items, it might take a bit longer, but you can always add more later.

What's included in the free trial? expand_more

The 7-day free trial includes all features - full POS system, KOT management, online ordering, staff management, reports, everything. No limitations, no credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.

Can I change my plan later? expand_more

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the new plan starts on your next billing cycle.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs? expand_more

No hidden fees, no setup costs. What you see is what you pay. Monthly subscription only. No transaction fees, no per-order charges, no surprise bills. The price on the website is the price you pay.

Features & Functionality

Can customers order online through my restaurant? expand_more

Yes! Customers can order online through your website or by scanning QR codes on tables. Orders come straight to your kitchen. You can also accept orders through your website. No third-party apps taking 30% commission.

How does the KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) system work? expand_more

When an order is placed, a KOT is automatically created and sent to the kitchen. Chefs can see all pending orders, mark items as cooking or ready. Waiters get notified when orders are ready. Everything updates in real-time across all devices.

What payment methods can I accept? expand_more

You can accept cash, card (swipe/insert), UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and online payments. All payment methods are tracked in your system. You can split bills, do partial payments, and process refunds easily.

Can I manage multiple restaurant locations? expand_more

Yes, with our Enterprise plan. You can manage multiple locations from one dashboard, see combined reports, or location-specific reports. Each location can have its own menu, staff, and settings while sharing the same account.

Support & Technical

What kind of support do you provide? expand_more

We provide email support for all plans. Professional and Enterprise plans get priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers also get phone and WhatsApp support plus a dedicated account manager.

Is my data safe and backed up? expand_more

Yes. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We perform daily automated backups. Your data belongs to you - we never sell it or share it. You can export your data anytime, and if you cancel, we'll help you download everything.

What happens if the internet goes down? expand_more

Restro Grow is cloud-based, so you need internet to use it. However, we're working on offline mode for basic order taking. For now, we recommend having a backup internet connection (mobile hotspot) for critical operations.

Can I integrate with other systems? expand_more

Currently, Restro Grow works as a standalone system. We're working on integrations with accounting software, inventory systems, and delivery platforms. Enterprise customers can request custom integrations - contact us to discuss your needs.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription? expand_more

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No questions asked, no penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access but can export all your data.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions? expand_more

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. You can pay monthly or annually (save 2 months with annual billing). All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
