Refund and Return Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Restro Grow subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

We offer the following refund terms for subscription payments:

  • Free Trial: No payment is required during the 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime with no charges.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are provided if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle. After 7 days, the subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: A prorated refund is available for the unused portion if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are not available for the current billing year.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

3. Service Refunds

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • Setup Fees: No setup fees are charged for our service.
  • Custom Development: Fees for custom development work are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Add-on Services: Refunds for add-on services are subject to the terms agreed upon at purchase.

4. Payment Processing Refunds

Payments processed through our platform (transactions between restaurants and their customers) are subject to the payment processor's terms. Restro Grow is not liable for refunds between restaurants and their customers. Restaurants should handle customer refunds according to their own policies.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer (chargeback), your account may be suspended pending investigation. We will provide evidence of the transaction and service provided. If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account will be reinstated and any fees incurred will be added to your account.

6. Data Export After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data from the system. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting all important data before or immediately after cancellation.

7. Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:

  • Extended service outages on our part
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues preventing core functionality
  • Other exceptional circumstances at management's discretion
